When you apply: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, location, time zone, and your answers about your Arabic goals, current level, weekly availability, timing, readiness to invest in a paid program and whether you can attend a call.

When you contact us: your name, email address, your WhatsApp number if you choose to give it, the topic of your message and the message itself.

Automatically: basic technical information your browser sends to any website, such as your IP address and browser type, and small cookies needed for the site and its spam protection to work.

How we use it

We use your information to review your application, decide whether a private strategy call is the right next step, contact you about that call by email or WhatsApp, and reply to your messages. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Where it is kept

Form submissions are stored in our website’s database and sent by email to the Kisai team. Our website hosting provider stores this data on our behalf.

Other services we use

YouTube: our videos are hosted on YouTube. When you play a video, YouTube may set its own cookies and collect information under Google’s privacy policy.

Calendly: if you choose a time for a strategy call, you are taken to Calendly, which handles your booking under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to handle your application or message and any follow-up. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Send your request through our Contact page and we will respond as soon as we can.
